No kidding. Arizona is in the NFC West, so I know exactly what you mean.

i agree. only seattle and st.louis are challenging there. of course, arizona s in the hunt, they got better in offseason, so NFC west is improving...

yes it would - have allowed them to at least make the wild card

Has anyone heard about this new schedule that they're supposedly doing? I don't know if it's true, but someone told me that the Sunday night games and the Monday night games are going to be determined by who has the best record and what matchups are the most interesting. In other words, teams won't know their schedule for the full season at the beginning like they normally do. Like I said, I don't know if it's true. Could be interesting though.

Lol, yes... Seattle won 7 more games than St. Louis, and 8 more than Arizona...

and they still have Hasselbeck.

yes 7 games more...7 of 8 games that Bulger was not active for the Rams...7 of 4 games Bruce wasnt active...7 of 3 games Jackson wasnt active...think of how injuries affected the Rams. They would have minimally made the wildcard.

yes, perhaps...

and perhaps someone's fairy godmother would have appeared and somehow made the Cardinals win 8 more...

it's pointless to play "woulda, coulda, shoulda"...

well the cardinals only had Warner out

the Rams lost all those signifiant players to injury and it definitly cost them. no way they would have done that poorly with Bruce Bulger and Jackson in the mix full time.

Yea, but I could see how that would make it very difficult for the teams to plan and practice their games. Plus it might give players with bumps and bruises little if any recovery time. So you might get a plain Jane boring game as a result. And their next game might not be any better. It might cause then to have to play another game only 3 or 4 days latter. Somehow it doesn't seem right for the teams involved to have their preplanned schedules manipulated.

The Cardnals are becoming a better team. Dennis Green is a fine coach and the ownership is bringing in good personel. They have one of the best drafts this year and last. There should be more wins this year and next for them.

1. Seahawks
2. Rams / Carduals
3. 49ers
