A pessimist is a married optimist.
Now, that is the truth of a married man.

When you got married in my vintage, they had those terrible word, love, honour and obey.

I can tell you that they all bs as she doesn't love me, I don't know about honour, and as for obey: woof woof 😀 😀 😀 😞 😞

A friend sent this to me today.... guess I have used these words myself, and yeah..that's pretty much what I meant (except the five minute thing) lol

(1)FINE:
This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

(2)FIVE MINUTES:
If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minut ...[text shortened]... l the women you know to give them a good laugh, cause they know it's true!!!
As was taught to me to help in a man's aide in succumbing to these very words. His replies should be very short and sweet with 3 simple sentences

Yes dear.
You are right.
And

I'm sorry.

If a man uses the word "no" , he could be accused of being controlling and dominating.

If my boss (a woman) were to offer me a raise, would I be accused of being controlling and dominating if I say "NO!" ? No, I don't think so.
Many things I would be accused of, but not of being controlling and dominating, no way.

I have personally worked under many women - I find nothing objectionable about it. If anything, just pretend you are at home. 😀 😛 😉

I completely agree with your last two paragraphs.
