have you ever been texting a good friend, or, a significant other,
and,
you get this urge to type something just a tad offbeat and obscure and even slightly offensive,
and,
as yer typing you laugh to yerself at yer cleverness at bringing joy to someone's dreary day,
and,
as you tap send, yer phone refuses to acknowledge yer finger as an adequate signalling device,
and,
in the interim, yer significant other sends something quite heart-rending and poignant, i mean REALLY sad,
and then,
just as you read the pain in her words, yer phone decides that yer finger really IS an adequate signalling device and sends yer now -over the top-, inappropriate, and assholish comment???

yeah, me too, just now...
i fully expect to be single by this afternoon,
hunted like a dog tomorrow morning,
and in a pauper's grave by tomorrow evening...
