Another storm to bring snow, wind to Nova Scotia on Sunday and Monday possible Power outages.
Makes the 3rd Sunday in a row we have had a storm, other two closed Schools, universities, and Colleges.
So if I am not Moving, I lost my Power.

I move in all my games every day so odds are I will not have to use Vacation time. The Power shouldn't be out all that long, but I do have a feeling we will lose it with the high winds forecast. Going to make sure we have enough for sandwiches in case we do lose it which I believe will happen. They don't do the proper maintenance before hand which is simple as removing branches on Power lines instead of waiting for it to happen.

What languages are spoken there and do they have a good Dialysis Unit? 😉

You forgot the most important part which is the Dialysis. Right now I am getting the best treatment here in the Maritimes. Many from other provinces on this end of Canada come here for their Treatments. We have 4 Dialysis units here in 3 hospitals and one new Medical place they built make 4 which a beautiful place with Dr. offices and another great Dialysis unit I am told. I was there for any appointment with a specialist for another matter. Perhaps I am best to stay where I know I am receiving the best care possible.
What do you think of all the talk of Alberta separating from Canada? Is it just a tactic to get a better deal with Ottawa? I can't see them leaving, I don't think they would get enough Votes.

@Very-Rusty saidOne always needs to look at the pros and cons when making all serious “moves”. I’d say you’ve done that and as an alternative to moving elsewhere, perhaps investing in a generator?🤔👍

I sold the old homestead, and live in a rented house with 4 units. I don't believe it would be feasible for me to buy a generator if the Power went out nothing will spoil with our temps in the minus teens and 20's!!! 😉 I wouldn't use it often enough to be worth my while. I don't have to be concerned about yard work now or shoveling snow. My neighbors even clean off my old Van for me since I went on dialysis. Great to have good neighbors!!!

Thanks, I saw some pictures of Ontario looks like you guys are experiencing your own share of winter and cold temps too. Drive carefully and always watch for the other guy as I am sure you do. 😉 Some Crazy drivers in the Ottawa area also in Montreal! Just a little wooden bridge and you cross over into Quebec from Ottawa Ontario, found out about that when I visited back in 2001.
