Ha ha! That reminds me of Knut Nærum's book "Krig!" ("War!" ). It starts out with the World Championship in skating, where a Norwegian skater falls and pulls the Dutch skater who is about to win down with him, and it eventually leads to Norway declaring war towards The Netherlands. A hilarious and thought-provoking satire, which unfortunately hasn't been translated to English (there's only a Dutch translation).

Points:
3 for Gold
2 for Silver
1 for Bronze
Country - Gold - Silver - Bronze - Total Weighted Score
Russia 4 3 2 20
United States 5 2 0 19
Norway 1 5 5 18
Germany 4 1 2 16
China 0 2 3 7
How about adding the number of letters in your country's name to the score?

I suggest that a silver and a bronze is not equal to a gold
no matter how you "way" it.

Finns see Swedes as _______, Norwegians as _________ and Danes as ________.
And Danes see Swedes as ________, Norwegians as _________ and Finns as _________.
Someone (Norwegian) once told me you could basically put "thick drunkards" in every _________. But then he had issues.
