Nostalgia

Inspired by the reappearance of RHP oldtimer Bessyboo, i went to look up my first ever RHP games. first completed was game Game 55985, on Feb 4, 2002, against pikkjo who, alas, last played here about a year after that. Obviously, he/she never got over the checkmate in 15 moves in the aforementioned game. looking ove the game history, it's clear i didn't even know what an opening was, let alone specific moves...

Your trip down memory lane reminds me of, not only my first game but alas all of my games(openings?????...basic moves????? all Greek to me.)🙄🙄🙄
