Off again...

Us PhD students get so much time to ourselves it's a wonder we ever contribute anything to
science, never mind the real world... I'm off on holiday again from today until the 16th or so, so if
anyone is playing me in a 7 or 3 dayer, then let your conscience guide you...

PhD students are supposed to contribute to science??? I knew there
was some catch to the free sandwiches after seminars. Duoh!

I'm never asked to present my research, since I never have any
results, but I'm always tapped to design the beer hour posters. Does
that count as a contribution?
