I think the 2nd name deserves to be banned/request a rename. If you don't have your own debit card and you borrow your parents card to subscribe to this site, they should atleast be held accountable for your nickname. I have to admit, I couldn't imagine any adult calling themselves that.
Last name should also be addressed by one of the mods. As for Toilet Boy, personally I think thats ok.
