Who has played this incredible game? Absolutely beautiful in its visual presentation, with a unique game mechanic. A defininite strike in the PRO side of the "videogames are art" arguement. Discuss!

Here's a YouTube video which shows about 2 minutes of gameplay. The brush that is shown is an intregal part of the gameplay.
