So I dont know why this is, with as many otb tourneys as I have been in for some strange reason I still get nervous. So I rush to the nearest candy store to get myself a bag of caramel creams. I quickly devour the entire bag and instant gratification. My shakes go away and I am no longer nervous my body is at complete and total solace. Why is this so. Why does my brain require this pre-tourney ritual. I can sell cars all day long and never get nervous but with chess my hands shake with the pieces.
Anybody else have any weird pre-game rituals or just wacky things you mind requires.
