Quite interesting, that Julius Caesar introduced leapyear, more that 2,000 years ago.
And when it was changed to the Gregorian calendar in the year 1500 (more or less),
they refined it to skip a few. Like in 2100, and so on...

Just guessing: Tage Erlander, Prime Minister from 1946 to 1969.
