One pub per town

I hear Kenya is going to restrict pubs to just one of them in each town in its efforts to curb alcohol abuse.

Does anyone else have simple, innovative solutions to seemingly intractable problems?

A town is usually bigger than a village but smaller than a city so I say, depending on it’s size/population, let there be one than one pub.🍺🍺👍
