if i remember correctly, i began doing this in the eighties when ronald reagan was prez
it's sort of "tongue-in-cheek", as the president can only indirectly affect gas prices, and certainly not on a daily basis, which was my whine
now, if i were to blame oil corporation management, globally, then i would be closer to the bullseye
