Ok, I told a friend I love Dominos. He's a 'Pit Boss' at Fox Woods not far from here. He told me about a game called Pai Gow. You have 2 hands and score 2 best hands, if you win both, you win... win one, you 'push' (tie) and you can guess the rest.
Well, I'm looking at the chart and trying to figure the game out... he gave me a set of tiles to mess with even!
Anyone play it, and have some hints? I think some Asians made this game up to confuse people like me, since double 5 is worth 5... Double 6 is worth 1... 6/1 is worth 10...
What?! It is true. This game was probably played another way at one point, and they changed the rules when some westerner showed up and wooped em!
Seems to be a cool game, but I hope to figure it out so I can play it with my friends!

Here's an excellent site for all your gambling needs:
http://www.wizardofodds.com/
Interestingly enough, there's a Java Pai Gow (tiles) game on the site which uses the Foxwoods House Way (rules for splitting tiles between high and low hands)! You'll be impressing the socks off your friend in no time.
I highly recommend the site if you're planning to go to the casino. Mr. Shackleford analyzes almost all the common games in extreme detail, gives rule variations and optimum strategies, and ranks them according to house advantage (how fast you're getting screwed!). Extremely useful.
Shuffle up and deal!
