What I see more often than ATM monkeys are people who take an hour to pay a toll - on a highway, or parking lot etc. Drive up, give them money, drive on. Worse case scenario, give them a card, 60 secnds more max. But some people are up there so long, I wonder: Are they filling out some sort of loan application? Telling their life story? Learning a new language. Of course pulling over to a different line means you have invited worse delays. When I finally get up there, I feel like asking: "What took so long with that dude? Was he your long lost cousin, and you wanted to catch up on the last 20 years since you saw him?
