Pick a decade

I picked the 1980's
Pink Floyd "The Wall" was released on November 30th 1979 so basically it was 1980.

Cold War music must have been surreal.

Ironically, that album is also fitting for today's political climate.
Both sides being idiots is my personal opinion but that album will definitely make you think.

Arranging days into groups of 365 because of the inescapable reality of the solar system and our planet's moving position within it is one thing, but then arranging these years into groups of ten is completely arbitrary and an unwelcome form of decimalization. I'll have no part of it. Sorry.

I chose the 80’s as I achieved a lot of my goals in that decade.

The 70's were the start of many good things for me.

2000-2009

Lived in three different countries, had a very varied work life, built a house, three extended trips to the UK, and my two children were born.

80s, 90s (kids born). 00s (found my calling).

I don't imagine that nay European (maybe with the exception of Swiss) would choose the 40's...

I choose the 80's.
