Few people know this about the incident, but it was a well-timed event following the election and is part of what George Bush considers his mandate. He will attack where need be. Even the young youths of this nation are being served noticed by this event that they too can be targeted in the same way a terrorist nation can be targeted. But because he is a compassionate conservative, he did this at night as to avoid casualties.
(I think I've been reading the debate forums too much.)
This was many years ago, but in Phoenix there is a National Guard Armory that had an incident. They were doing dry-runs on an artillery piece (howitzer or some such thing), and the shells they were using were supposed to be dummy rounds that would not actually propel themselves from the weapon. Well, one of the rounds was live, and it took off through the air. It came back down on a church property, and went right through the roof of the church. Thankfully nobody was on the property at the time.
