Nothing more to say... I think it's important to point out, especially to naked men in New Mexico, that the dog is still on the loose!

just goes to show: 'dog bites man' can still generate a headline after all. i'm just glad it wasn't a 'man bites dog' story...🙄

That it, the final straw.
All breading of Pitbulls and the like should be banned.

I saw that story in the New York Post's "Weird But True" column today. All i can say is that they build stalls for jackasses like that!😕🙄

News Update on the Guy
Now, I had a major moral dilema about whether I should post this stuff, as I am restricted by confidentiallity. But in the end, I figured, what the hell. Of course, I won't be giving out any names. Please don't tell my boss!!

First off this guy is crazy. I mean, he is CRAZY. About as crazy as they come in fact, and I've seen lots of crazies in my day. I really do work in a nut house and I've worked with this guy before. Many times.
As a result of my position, I am privy to certain information, especially since this guy is in the medical unit of the same hospital that I work for. He has not yet regained conciousness (he lost a lot of blood), so he hasn't been able to tell his side of the story. The dog was let off the hook because it was determined by a judge that the animal was "provoked." There's no doubt in my mind about that.
But here's the kicker. When the ambulance and police arrived, the dog was licking the detached parts, which were lying on the floor, so they assumed that the dog was responsible. I've spoken to somebody who actually saw the wound. This person says (and I quote) the wound "looks surgical." Plus, there is no indication of any kind of struggle. There are no teeth marks in the area of the wound, nor are there any teeth marks anywhere else on the poor guy's body. I believe the injury was self-inflicted...

I wonder if the dog had been licking same parts prior to their removal??

That might explain why they were removed.
