As often as possible.
That is cool you do that often, but give me a specific example.
For example: Where I grew up, there were no black people around so I always had it in my mind that they were different somehow. I suppose a lack of exposure created insecurities and ignorance.
When I was in college, I worked with a black guy and he was very nice, my age, polite and so I went out on a date with him just to see if I could handle it. I guess I wanted to see how it felt. I didn't handle it very well and that bothered me and still bothers me to this day. At least I tried it though.

Have you ever put yourself in a situation that you knew would be uncomfortable or strange, just to see how you react?
