my rating collapsed because I didn't put enough holidays in whilst moving home, without internet reception for nearly a month, got 50 or so skulls taken pissed me of so much I cancelled my subscription.r

Any concerns should be reported privately. Naming someone publicly is not really the done thing; for as indicated by badger, there can be other reasons to explain a rating collapse.
