Under public games; when you look up the details of a player you can click on their graph. What's the factor for deciding the game ID that is displayed ?

I think it depend on what part of the graph you clicked. I did yours and found a game you played( jorgeab 1371 vs martin 1226). I was unable to see what date the game was completed.
