to download a picture all you need to do is right click the picture you would like to download and then save it onto your harddrive ...

Hi Guys,

You need to find someone who can host the picture for you (there are a number of free web hosting companies that can do this - or if you are really struggling I can host it for you on this site - there are also a number of players on this site that will do this for you for free).

You then need to follow the instructions that they give you on how to upload files to your webspace and then you need to work out what the link is to your picture. This is the link you need to add on the "My Forum Settings" page.
