if there was such a thing as a trustworthy and honest decision making body, then i would like to see the decision taken out of the hands of the mother. unfortunately i have never seen such a structure. the ones i have seen would mess up more often than the mums would. they would force some loving mums and dads to abort, and they would bring many children into the world with no caring family.
