I was not able to represent a UK citizen as a bonifide UK citizen because I did not have proof of her family's historical living. The library my practice had tendered to had lost its records. However, same day, same case, I won the case on litigation with an man of descendence of asian background without the same evidence. The court would have deemed it racist not to permit on his findings. I debarred myself and am currently doing other things, like taking the high court to court! If I lose the case I will declare myself of Asian origin on the basis that no library has my records (I have had them removed by illegitimate friends.. they drink white lightening so a bottle spared was a book in my pocket!). I withdrew because the man involved was awarded costs of 350,000 and the young girl? she was invoiced by the court for 1,200 costs. I waived all costs. Happy Christmas to her, I sent her and her two sons some prezzies and did last year and will do 4ever. Racism did her! In her own land!
