My sympathies, Stees. I know what it's like to be completely overlooked!

In my case 5/11 reminds me of my late Mom's birthday, and I have just seen that number on the stove's clock (at time of editing).

498 is where I start watching for you-know-who.
I predict he will also snag 555, the lucky fellow.

First off, GBS and Kewpie posted simultaneously so 512 got missed. Then K11 messed up 513 and 514.
515 IS a palindrome, and also 5 × 1 = 5.

Well then I will leave it for interested parties to look up possible interpretations of the "angel number" 515.

And my edit messed up the count of 555 again, so 516 is gone and this is 517, i think.

Now wait just a minute. In what version of physics would almost six hours apart be considered "simultaneous"? 😉

So should mine be 518 or 519 now?

Paging Trev (he'd know how to get us back on track):

You check the number in the thread list, and your post will be the next number after that. Yours was 518, so mine will be 519.

What happens when you type a post, and not send the already typed post because the power goes out? You find it several hours later and click post, that's what.

Oh! Sorry. Didn't know about the power outage(s).

Er . . . 520 might have something to do with toking up while doing the five-element banishing ritual?

Edit: RE: "You check the number in the thread list" -- Oh! Now it get it. (I have been on other forums where the post number is stated in the corner of the post, but as for RHP I always figured people multiplied a fixed number of posts per page, plus counted down on the most recent page -- which admittedly I would be too lazy to do.)

5 - 2 - 1

Worst countdown ever.

522 -- even after the casting out of nines, the number 522 remains.
