Dunno if peeps are going to be interested in this or not but we'll see.

The idea is to successfully predict the results of Premiership football matches each week.

You get 3 points for a 100% correct prediction (eg predict Tottenham - Manchester United to finish 4-0, and the result is 4 - 0 to Tottenham).

You get 1 point for a correct winning side prediction (eg predict Tottenham - Manchester United to finish 4-0, but the result is 2-0 to Tottenham).

You will receive no points otherwise.

I will post the forthcoming matches for each week at least 3 days (probably a week or so) before each week starts. Given that the matches start tomorrow this coming week's games will probably be just a trial run.

If people could post their predictions in this thread I can keep track of them. I will add up each users points to give a winner of the week and naturally keep score cumulatively for each user to give an overall monthly and I guess season winner.

Anybody is free to enter.

This week's games are:-

Saturday 16 August
Birmingham v Tottenham
Portsmouth v Aston Villa
Arsenal v Everton
Blackburn v Wolverhampton
Fulham v Middlesbrough
Leicester v Southampton
Man Utd v Bolton

Sunday 17 August
Charlton v Man City
Leeds v Newcastle
Liverpool v Chelsea

Good luck with your predictions πŸ™‚

I reckon the top 4 will be filled out by

Penrith
Roosters
Raiders
Bulldogs

With the grandfinal being won by the doggies over the roosters.
