It's called Omnidirectional Grievance Culture™.

This should be in "Debates" evidently.

What does "do what now?" actually mean in English? And while you're at it, could you please explain "every which way" to this non-American.

please allow me to deduce this
"do what now?" is a placeholder
while the term has meaning, and technically is a valid question, when used in this manner, repeatedly by sir @Gambrel, is nothing but a written distraction

i know this because, i am more technically advanced than @Gambrel at this sort of conversational gambit
i haven't perfected the use of nonsense as a verbal tool, but i am damn good at it

as to the term, "every which way", that is another throwaway phrase that merely indicates, "all of it", "completely", "unconditionally", unreservedly", et al

attempting to hold intelligent discourse with either @Gambrel, or @rookie54 for that matter, can be time consuming, and indeed frustrating to the point of a higher blood pressure rating than normally desired

if one were to ask for advice on how to respond to such frivolity, i would glibly gurgle something with a french accent that had zero meaning

Do what now
My dear departed grandfather said that when he didnt understand something. Do what was also used. It's my forum catch phrase for a crotchety old man. Every which way means just that, in every direction. If I can help you out with other Americanisms, like, this that and the other thing, let me know. 🙂
