even though i have "move notifications" enabled, i am not getting them for some reason - i have tried updating my settings, but it hasn't worked - any help would be deeply appreciated - thanks so much.....paul

Have you checked your Spam folder?

Your email was returned back to us by your ISP/email provider.

This only has to happen once, and we stop sending further email, even if it is just a temporary problem with your ISP.

Check your "My Home" page to get a warning of this problem.

In your case, the email has been restarted already.
