i can't connect to MSN lately.. anyone has the same problem?

have downloaded the latest version, but it just get stuck, like the older one.. HELPP!!

I love MSN. MSN booted me more than any other internet server. I bought a new computer and tried to log into MSN and MSN would not let me in. I tried to get a new account and MSN told me that sombody was useing that e mail account and would not let get a new account. I have not been useing MSN for about four years. I used my e mail account. Is not what MSN did like haveing somebody tell you that you are not you?
