You cant smoke in the pubs here in Ireland, so if you want to smoke in the pub forum, you'll have to go outside ðŸ˜
Cocaine can be snorted in the toilets though 😛
And as for smoking outside, well I don't smoke any more sir.
Complete banishment is however, coming into effect in Manchester on July 1st of next year.
I agree with no smoking policies in enclosed public spaces. People who don't smoke shouldn't have to be subjected to other people's bad habits. But I reckon it has gone a little far with regard to the fact that people are being demonised for their government inflicted addictions.
My house mate works at a hospital. He is not allowed to smoke on the grounds. It is a good 15 minutes walk from his work base to off the grounds and he gets 30 minutes for his dinner break. Sooooo he has a choice of having a cigarette or having something to eat from the canteen. Naturally he will choose food over a cig, but surely this is not eh way to coerce people into giving up the nasty nicotine.
