I think the evidence I alone had, just by analyzing these games and others was "overwhelming"; whatever more the Game Mods had must have made it beyond any reasonable doubt.
definitely not from a official point of view but wouldn't you agree I have the right to make my own judgement for my own personal belief?

We're not talking about the general population, any more than criminals are the general population. We're talking about a small percentage of people with sociopathic tendencies who would rather get their own way than play by RHP's, or society's rules and thereby try to make life poorer for the rest of us.
I don't have an alarm in my house because I think every Tom Dick and Harry is going to try to break in as they walk past.

I plan on being a paying member very soon. Ask Chris.

Why? That evidence belongs Russ, who owns this business. Based on this evidence, he has lost paying clients, and refunded their subs, and faced an inevitable barage of criticism.
But he has had the guts to carry out the plan that RHP voted on and overwhelmingly approved late last year. He has done it for the benefit of every honest chess player at RH ...[text shortened]... will DEFINTELY NOT be for the benefit of those who have been banned. I can assure you of that.
cheaters WOULD use it to try to defeat the detection scheme.
Anyway, its pretty clear what he did, the moves IM made match to
an extraordinary degree the moves predicted by shredder or fritz
or whatever. Another point made is that the games that lasted
40 50 moves point out another possibility: both parties using
progs. If anyone here had a FIDE rating of 2200, and played fritz, he would
get creamed pretty quickly, 25, 30 moves. And that is a real master.
You go 40 or 50 moves against fritz or shredder, you more than
likely are using a prog too.

But also, as a view from another point... thinking 7 or 28 days on a move is not going to give you the same move the best chess engines come up with either. Chess engines have their own styles. CM, Fritz, Crafty, Jr. all might come up with different moves, where a human would come up with yet another. The best humans.
So, if you can last in a game... it does not mean you are a cheat.... but if your moves tend to match over and over with these engines... chances are you MIGHT CHEAT. More work is looked into, and from there conclusions are made... and they Never come quick. Ask any user who ever sent in evidence, or a complaint.
