Just seeing Freddy sweating live on stage put me off Queen very very quickly.
I know the older generation dig Queen alot - just not my cup of tea.
The only Queen song I dig is 'Under Pressure' with David Bowie and only because it's on the soundtrack of 'Grosse Point Blank' - one of my favourite movies.

For the record, I'm only 22!
Oh, and you oldies don't get off either, I'm tired of people like my Dad, who's very guilty of this, not liking something just because it's new and 'cool'.
Originally posted by jimmyb270do i count as younger generation btw? but if i do, you'd probubly be surprised by the amount of people in my year that like queen-we put on a show last ngiht (it's our last year at school, thus we get to show of 🙂). it was an award ceromony, and the rock catagory consisted of: something from grease, meatloaf, queen and -erm- "hero" by christina augulera...😕

but queen was right in there! it was "i want to break free", and they did the whole camp drag thingy...
and there's an abundance of queens best of-especially the first CD-and few people don't know the lyrics of "bohemian rhapsody"...
queen-they kinda rock...
Hey,
I was born in 77 and I love Queen (and I surely do not see myself as being an older generation just yet)
Yeah that right folks, a Metallica fan loving Queen ...
Unfortunately I never had the chance to see them live which is a shame as I have been told they really rocked. Queen was (and still is) great. Most inspiring...
and the legend lives on
