Yes.

Now the subscription process allows the subscriber to nominate who receives the star.

Just follow the prompts right through as if you were buying it for yourself until you get to the bit that asks for the name that the star is for. Good idea to copy that persons name before hand so that you can paste it into this box... easy to miss-spell some names 🙂
