Well, my thought was:
"hey, if I put it in the clan section I'm going to have 23412301823 billion clans saying "hey, join ours", but if I put it in the general section, maybe someone could point me in the right direction"
So, thats why I did it.
Also, how many games, as a non-paying customer are you allowed to play at a time?

You can't join a clan till you subscribe, and the first forum mod who sees this, will move this to the clan forum anyway.
I'm a clan leader, and believe me.....your thread will be full of "Buy a sub first".

I mean this site is worth it.
I play a lot of chess, I'm slightly addicted. I'll do some work and then make a couple of moves, I'll burp my daughter and then make a couple of moves. I'll make a couple of moves then I'll make a couple of moves.

Well John 100, you said you recently refound this W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L site. If you can be taken at your word, after such a wonderful rediscovery, how could you possibly hesitate. It would seem you would be subscribed already. Also, to truely have a high opinion of this site, you most probably looked over some of the rules, especially concerning ""clans"". So in the interest of getting a new clan member, why not put something in a bio to give everyone a glimpse of this wonderful package you are offering up to us? I will be looking foreward to see how you do, both as a player and as a personality. Believe me, you have some really stiff competition in either of those catagories. So good luck pilgrim and will be watching for you on the boards.

You tell them how many games you like, time limits, ratings you will play against...
and if these are not met, you find a better clan.
They are all good... or are you asking what clan you should join that is IN SUPER BATTLE for first page GLORY!?!~

Mr. Hound, do you seriously believe I would have given it to you otherwise? Your a great competitor and I had to know just how you stacked up, thats why I trounced you in the other game. But you shouldn't feel bad. I am the first to admit, you are a better player than I thought you would be. So without saying more, I welcome any games with you in the future. Sooner or later, and I promice, I will never underestimate you again. I just saw you so active in the forum I didn't think you took your chess very seriously. Again, thank you for the games, and any time you want another I will be most happy to try you again. Take care and I will be enjoying your postings in the forum. I haven't your wit or quick uptake, but it doesn't stop me from enjoying yours.
