I've boiled the ham in cider, and i've remoed the skin and stuck in the cloves and added the homes....how long do i keep it i the oven for a good glaze?

2Kg...It was actually quite easy after i stopped panicking. The ham was already cooked, the over was just for the glaze...it looks and tastes excellent if i do say so myself...way too much for the four of us though.

Sandwiches, man, sandwiches! The original Lord Sandwich's sandwich was left-over meat between slices of bread. Left-over Christmas ham is perfect for it.
