quick question,

'extract all files' in sonic stage, dose that mean play all- or will I wipe them all if I click on it?

..and, if anyone knows, how do I save a track after I've played it in sonicstage?

Dosen't anyone know? It's taken me hours to download them with this dongal and i don't want to loose them when I shut down my laptop.

Extract usually means take the files from some device (CD/Portable MP3 player/etc.) and save them in your PC in some format (usually mp3). But I don't know this program you have.

Sonic stage is a music playing programe on my laptop. Could extract files here mean take from zip file and safe as a regular file? When the tracks are playing they say mp3 next to them.

Yes, it could also mean that. In fact, if the file is a zip file, then with 99.99% confidence I would say that it will just decompress all files and save them as regular files.
