Loads.

Average litter size between 6 and 12. Gestation period around 3 weeks.

Say you have 12 females.
Every two days one female gives birth to 6 mice. This could mean you would have a constant supply of 180 mice per month. Once the new buggers get old enough to breed, under two month, well you are in real trouble!!

Time to call in the professional exterminators.
