perhaps invest in a metronome. If you struggle on 4/4 for more than an hour with one though. I suggest a new hobby.....if ur intent on music perhaps quilting.....with music on in the background.

Timing is one of the most misunderstood aspects of music. sure you can strum aminor and c, now play it in the time structure. Or play it in the background while you listen to the song and follow along, get the rythym in your head and go. Dont give up though.
