I think it says in the registration agreement that you relinquish all rights etc etc blah blah to RHP. but that you are responsible for it, you know the usual sort of legalese 'get-out' clause.

Interesting question. I'm guessing that what's written in the forums is owned by the site if the site is copyrighted in some form. That would be much the same way that a Letter to the Editor might be handled in most newspapers. Maybe...

If you plagiarize someone else's work with your post (which happens a lot) I bet that counts as being subject to such laws.

It's "fixed" so I think it might be subject to law I think.....
