Not sure how much control you have over the forum postings, but why
not create a Rant forum and let the children play. You could delete all
the postings monthly and they could have at it anew.
The alternatives can be unpleasant. Moderated forums allow you to
OK every posting before it goes up - a lot of work, I own one.
Removing the forums because of the childish 2% isn't fair to the rest
of us. If they rant in other forums remove their forum rights.
Love the site though and enjoy the forums - my version of reading the
National Enquirer or Star.
