ive been tracking him in the western foothills for sometime now, on this tape you can clearly see him from 4:18 to 4:21..

again, this is very rare.. its hard to get in his circles, but sources say that rhp conspiracy ramblings are still full force..
i only wish i couldve got him on camera a little longer, but the guy in the red jackey was clearly a decoy.. and my fag homing missle with ketamine wouldve gone off at any second
