A novel about a terrorist attack on London was published on the exact same day the bombs went off...

A pretty similar thing happend around September 11. I remember seeing in the news all these people were bitching about a Batman comic that at the end showed 2 large towers (not unlike the WTC towers) burning.

A bit like the Jack Ryan novel about terrorists crashing a plane into the Congress building being released a couple of days before the WTC attack.

I think there was also a scene in the Spider-Man movie that depicted the WTC towers in a battle sequence, and that scene had to be cut out and the release of the movie was delayed in the theaters.
