Reason for STG's Success
Reason for STG's Success has been abundantly clear, though less than painfully obvious, this past year. Sticky Thread Game is a gameless game which proves a pointless point. The 'point' is that tone matters. Whenever we simply accept and appreciate each other and ourselves for who and what we are and have the potential to become... then relaxed relationships with family members, casual and trusted friends, as well as with a long term partner in the romance of the century are not only possible but inevitable. Why? Because the behavior described is natural and normal behavior. It produces a desirable, magnificent outcome. Anything less reflects gross abnormality and malfunction. Point becomes 'pointless" in the sense that if this bedrock principle of human conduct isn't already self evident it's highly unlikely it'll ever be grasped, much less understood or appreciated.

Swept with confused alarms of struggle and flight,
Where ignorant armies clash by night."
