Maybe it is just fun. I think the player count was a little off. It is true, though, that the GF would be (and always is) bleaker without GB.
Billyray, nobody in my neck of the woods recalls putting any part-time gf posters on the payroll.

Club and Casino both disappeared from the face of the earth,

in the dead of night, due to extreme weather this past April.

But surely the august sun (if that's what mist and rain consist off) can bring the casino back!

Yes, but as we have already established - Artificial longevity does not equal success.
Huck, another overlooked reason for STG's long run may possibly be the absence of any trace

of personalized agenda... simply an unscripted and open ended thread tolerant of random fun.

Ich binimKop, 'CFH Gulch Casino' departed this life and site and went to cyberspace

heaven in April. Good news, in July 'Big Pond Pub' opened in the RHP Sports Forum.

Reason for STG's Success has been abundantly clear, though less than painfully obvious, this past year. Sticky Thread Game is a gameless game which proves a pointless point. The 'point' is that tone matters. Whenever we simply accept and appreciate each other and ourselves for who and what we are and have the potential to become... then relaxed relationships with family members, casual and trusted friends, as well as with a long term partner in the romance of the century are not only possible but inevitable. Why? Because the behavior described is natural and normal behavior. It produces a desirable, magnificent outcome. Anything less reflects gross abnormality and malfunction. Point becomes 'pointless" in the sense that if this bedrock principle of human conduct isn't already self evident it's highly unlikely it'll ever be grasped, much less understood or appreciated."
