The account is deactivated, but his games cannot be scrapped, because that would require his opponents' games to be scrapped as well.

History of the player who was playing the player who was banned... not too complicated... didn't you get that?
I think that probably is quite complicated to programme.
I think the Site Admins have preferred to take action that best rectifies the current "wrong", without actually changing any of the past data in the RHP database.

A friend of me seems to have violated section 3c, "unreasonably harashed someone".
does this police team gives warning before banning anyone?
I know there are some behaviors that are not acceptable but not all situations would deserve a direct banning, there are too many users which dont know those TOS and they get surprised being banned.
This although could be legal but might not be fair!
