I realize I'm just starting here at RHP and am going to join when i get my next paycheck. but i all the sudden have ten recs and don't know where they came from. Not that i m complaining or anything 🙂 just last time i looked i had zero, so i m wondering, are we supposed to know when we get a rec or are they anonymous or something?
