Between 20 and 30 would be my guess.

I received around 1,000 for a single post.

These were Non-Subscriber Recommendations, each of which is worth roughly 3.7 sub. recs. Naturally, this all depends on the Recommending Credibility of the Recommender. For instance, those I label Plonkers will automatically suffer a reduction in their Recommending Credibility by a factor of approximately two thirds.

You keep score of all the plonkers? That is actually a bit sad, isn't?
