I think that some players here would really appreciate a "Reinstate Skull" option in case they regret taking one, or they're getting bullied by the person they timed out.
Yeah, yeah, I know it's be open to abuse, people would claim a skull, then restart the game, then moan that they'd already won the game when they took the skull if they lost the game later; it could also cause havoc in the clan tables if games are restarted after the challenge was won and points awarded; heaven forbid what would happen on siege boards and in tournaments...
But if there was that option, for all those soft-hearted and delicate people who wanted to change their minds, some way that they could reverse their cruel and spiteful decision, a simple tick-box that they could click on, and a message would appear:
"War is War, LOSER!!!!!!"
