Anybody seen Requiem for a Dream? Possibly one of the most brilliant movies of all time. It's right up there with Mulholland Drive.

I love that movie. Love the camerawork, love the story, love the performances, and especially love the soundtrack which adds an incredible amount of intensity to the work.

Who's in it ? What's the set-up ? The GF just got on Netflicks , might add it to the list .

I think Flicker is my most anticipated movie at the moment. Pi and RfaD are both excellent and the script of Flicker looks promising.

Check out imdb.com for a better idea. Highly recommended by rbmorris, darvlay and palynka among many others.

What's Flicker supposed to be about? Anything Beat about it?

Requiem...still on the must-see list, along with the rest...was the film for Last Exit for Brooklyn (same author) any good, anyone?...Pi was very good, it was...the last halfway decent film I saw was La Fleur du Mal (The Flower of Evil): murder, incest, political intrigue served on a bed of laughter by Claude Chabrol.

My favourite line in the movie...?

Ass to the ass! 😛

Great movie! But putting it in the same basket as that piece of crap from wacko David Lynch is just plain wrong.

It starts off slow and ends so frantic that it made me nauseous. It's brilliant.

Donny Darko is good, as is Memento... That movie did my head in.

Great movie, but disturbing. I don't think I could watch it again.

Memento is the best movie I saw for a while. Christopher Nolan is a genius.

Yes, it's a terrific movie. Especially if you know someone hooked on drugs. 😉
