I'd play against Santiago Ramon y Cajal, the Spanish scientist who many consider to be the 'father of neuroscience.' There's a man who really understood the virtues of patience, planning and trying things that no one has ever tried before. Surely qualities that make someone prone to be a master chess player. 🙂
